RESPONSIBLE MOTORHOME HIRE
Because our vehicles are designed for relaxed and responsible travel, we do not accept bookings for large party events such as hen or stag parties, or similar gatherings. This helps us protect our motorhomes and maintain them in excellent condition, ensuring every customer enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience.
This commitment to quality and responsible hire makes SONS Motorhome Hire a trusted choice for Lincolnshire motorhome hire and UK motorhome adventures.
FESTIVAL HIRE
Fancy taking one of our motorhomes to a festival? Great news — SONS Motorhome Hire welcomes bookings for many festivals, shows, and events across the UK.
We do, however, carefully consider festival bookings to ensure our motorhomes are suitable for the event and the type of hire. We are happy to consider smaller festivals, family festivals, country shows, motorsport events, music weekends, and similar events, subject to prior approval.
Unfortunately, our motorhomes are not available for certain large-scale camping festivals, including events such as Glastonbury, Reading and Leeds Festivals, or for large party-group festival bookings.
If you’re planning a festival or event, please get in touch before booking and let us know which event you’re attending and who will be travelling. We’ll be happy to confirm whether we can accommodate your booking.
Festival hire is welcome — it just needs to be agreed with us in advance.

TRAVELLING WITH PETS:
At SONS Motorhome Hire in Grantham, Lincolnshire, we welcome small, well-behaved dogs in our selected pet-friendly motorhomes. After all, they’re part of the family. As not all of our motorhomes are pet friendly, please let us know at the time of booking if you’ll be travelling with your dog so we can allocate the appropriate vehicle.
We cannot accommodate larger dogs due to space limitations in our motorhomes. This policy helps ensure a safe and comfortable journey for both you and your pet. If you’re unsure whether your dog meets our pet policy, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Please note: dogs must never be left unattended in the vehicle. This rule protects your pet and the motorhome. As a result, any damage caused will be charged to the hirer.
Additionally, a £30 pet fee applies to bookings that include a dog. This fee covers extra deep cleaning to keep the motorhome fresh and spotless for the next adventure. Therefore, travelling with your pet is simple, safe, and convenient with our Lincolnshire motorhome hire service, whether you plan a weekend getaway or a longer UK motorhome adventure.
