TRAVELLING WITH PETS:
At SONS Motorhome Hire in Grantham, Lincolnshire, we welcome small, well-behaved dogs on board. After all, they are part of the family. However, we cannot accommodate larger dogs due to space limitations in our motorhomes. This policy keeps both you and your pet safe and comfortable during your journey. If you are unsure whether your dog meets our policy, contact us for guidance.
Please note: dogs must never be left unattended in the vehicle. This rule protects your pet and the motorhome. As a result, any damage caused will be charged to the hirer.
Additionally, a £30 pet fee applies to bookings that include a dog. This fee covers extra deep cleaning to keep the motorhome fresh and spotless for the next adventure. Therefore, travelling with your pet is simple, safe, and convenient with our Lincolnshire motorhome hire service, whether you plan a weekend getaway or a longer UK motorhome adventure.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
To secure your booking with SONS Motorhome Hire in Grantham, Lincolnshire, we require a £300 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your final holiday balance, which is due six weeks before your departure date.
Vehicle collection is available between 2–4pm, and all vehicles must be returned by 11am. In addition, a £1,000 damage security deposit is payable during the week of your trip. This deposit is fully refundable within 5 working days of your return, provided the motorhome is clean and damage-free inside and out.
Drivers must be aged 25 to 75, hold a full UK driving licence, and have at least 2 years’ driving experience. Please note, we only offer hires within the UK. As part of the booking process, we carry out a standard licence check in line with legal requirements, and we will explain all the details beforehand.
The person making the booking must also be the lead (first-named) driver, and all payments must be made from their bank account. Furthermore, your motorhome will come with a full tank of diesel, and we kindly ask that you return it full at the end of your hire.
